Panch- Karma - The Five Body Cleansing Procedures

Panchakarma is a set of Five Ayurvedic detoxification therapies that balance Doshas (Vata/Pitta/ Kapha- the principal energies), fortifies Agni (digestive fire), detoxifies ama (metabolic toxins) and restores the whole body-the outcome a feeling of good wellbeing that advances bliss.

Step 1
